You can't teach something you don't know... 
That's why I'm always listening. I'm building relationships with Subject Matter Experts to determine how to serve their needs; asking about learners to ensure no one is overlooked. I'm absorbing details and using technology to provide nuanced understanding in a manageable form. 
Okay, how do you do that? 
Technology and education have always been part of who I am. 
As a preschooler, I used DOS to boot my favorite learning games. As a teen, I edited funny videos and designed band webpages. After earning my B.Ed, I developed tech courses and created a $30,000 media production studio. I then completed a Master's in Instructional Design & Technology and dove headfirst into adult learning.

Whether we need e-learning courses, graphics, audio, video, or anything else — 
I'll make it happen, I'll make it effective, and I'll make it look good.
